Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the digital marketing services provided by Chris Powell Real Estate LLC. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Chris Powell Real Estate LLC agrees to provide digital marketing services as outlined in the specific Service Agreement or Statement of Work signed by the client. Services may include, but are not limited to, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, and content marketing.

2. Payment Terms

Fees for services will be outlined in the client's Service Agreement. Payments are typically due on a recurring monthly basis, in advance of the service period. Invoices are payable upon receipt. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services. All fees are non-refundable.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Chris Powell Real Estate LLC be liable for any lost profits, revenue, or data, or for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client to Chris Powell Real Estate LLC in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
